Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions
To submit your Claim online, you will need your Unique ID and PIN found on the Notice sent to you, the date of the AEM installation, and the required supporting documentation files before you start your Claim, as you will not be able to save your progress and return at a later time to finish.
For your Subject Vehicle, you must provide a copy of the Title, Bill of Sale or lease agreement, and the final repair order from your authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer proving that your Subject Vehicle had the AEM installed between August 1, 2023 and August 31, 2026.
Documentation needs to be clear and readable. Failure to submit the required documentation will delay and/or invalidate your Claim. Acceptable files for online submission must be in one of the following formats and no larger than 20MB per file: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, rtf, or zip.
After submitting your completed Claim Form online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code.
